1. Introduction
These Terms govern the use of our services, including the website and the MaestreRx platform. By using them, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
2. Services
We offer pharmaceutical services, including: medication dispensing, compounding formulations, pharmaceutical counseling, home delivery (when applicable), and the MaestreRx platform for electronic prescriptions. All services are subject to availability and legal compliance.
3. Payments
Some services require payment. Prices may change. Patients are responsible for applicable charges. Transactions are processed securely. Disputes must be notified within 30 days.
4. Acceptable Use and Obligations
Users must: provide true and up-to-date information; protect their access credentials; use services only for legal purposes; not access unauthorized information; and comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination.
5. Physician Responsibilities
Physicians using MaestreRx are responsible for: verifying patient identity; issuing prescriptions only for patients under their care; complying with medical and professional laws; and maintaining adequate records. Farmacias Aliadas Maestre does not make medical decisions and acts solely as a technology provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. We do not offer medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages resulting from system use or third-party medical decisions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud or legal requirements. You may close your account by contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and software is the property of Farmacias Aliadas Maestre. It may not be used without written authorization. MaestreRx is a registered trademark.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
